SUMMARY  :
1. The project meeting was opened by Barbara Turk, who greeted all present, introduced the agenda prepared by Barbara Turk and Boštajn Punčuh for this meeting and then  addressed all those present and briefly reminded how the work on the project went so far.

2. Ivan Miloš, as the project coordinator, took the keynote of the opening presentation. He stated that the work plan has been followed in the work so far. At the last project meeting, it was agreed that the demo version of the agricultural and fruit growing part of the application and the part of the application related to animal husbandry should be ready by December. However, Ivan Miloš pointed out and noted that EK SERRON colleagues did more than planned and reminded that the application was fully completed and distributed to partner schools for primary examination, what they did.

3. Apostolos Klonis informed the attendees about the advantages that appeared during the development of the application in EK SERRON, but also that they need to do additional work on the design solution of the background of the application.

4. On behalf of everyone, Ivan Miloš summarized all the good sides of the application, but also all the problems that appeared. Due to the observed problems, the partners agreed that the application should undergo a final version and only then be handed over to the farmers for final improvement and evaluation, before the end of the project.

5. Positive reviews of the application:
-It is easy to download and does not take up much space in the device, thus allowing anyone to use it
-the user registers easily, which does not take unnecessary time, but still there is a good degree of data protection
-The home page is visually extremely well designed, which makes the search quick and easy in field / outdoor conditions
-The size of the fonts is appropriate and the chosen colors make it easier to write and read data
-All sectors of the application have all the necessary segments and necessary data that are required to be found in the application, and are necessary for farmers (for example, the time of treatment or sowing, the type of drugs or pesticides, the duration of the withdrawal period…)
-The application never once had a “bug” during use, it was always of good quality and well opened, closed and saved data
-read data all data is clearly visible

6. Negative impressions of the application:
-for now, the application does not have the ability to read barcodes or QR codes from animal ear tags
-Once entered data for one animal or field can no longer be changed, making it impossible to add data for that animal or that field
-When the report is requested in the application, it is only visible, but for now it is not possible to download it, together with the necessary data
-the segment for “treatment” – medical should be added to the section for pigs, as there is in the section for sheep
-in the harvest section (agriculture – fruit) it should be written in parentheses that the values should be entered in kilograms, and in the cow yield control section that the protein values should be entered in percentages , and the instruction for this should stand by showing in which values should be entered

7. After a very open and professional discussion about the aforementioned exceptional advantages and several technical shortcomings of the application, the partners was agreed upon:
-EK SERRON will create a graphic solution for the background of the application that will contain the symbols of the partner schools and the ERASMUS + foundation that made the application possible
-Barcode and QR code reading can be done much easier by using a special application for reading codes, and just copying the numbers into the “animal ID” sector
-all the mentioned deficiencies will be resolved by the end of February 2025 by colleagues from EK SERRON
-The data when downloaded will be in PDF format
-At the end of February, a new meeting will be held in ONLINE format when colleagues from EK SERRON will present the final version of the application that will be fully functional
-when the application is finished, it will be placed on the GOOGLE PLAY STORE, which will enable it to be downloaded for free, and it will also be placed on the agroinformatix.com website
-Požarevac Agricultural Advisory Service will actively present the application to the farmers it covers immediately after the completion of the final version, and then the Agricultural School will provide a short training session for those interested in using the application. Požarevac Agricultural Advisory Service will also actively participate in improving the development of the application and passing on the positive experiences they have gained through the activities they had by participating in the ERASMUS+ project.

Until the end of the project, the meetings should be in the following terms:
PM 5 : (Seron) : 06.05.-07.05.2025. (traveling days 05.05.+08.05.2025.)

Zdenka Kramar – head of the consulting sector. During the cordial and open meeting, numerous common points of these sectors in both countries were observed, and a working visit of the Advisory Service of Slovenia to the Advisory Service of Serbia – Požarevac was immediately agreed upon for June 2025. It was emphasized that multi-level cooperation is necessary both for the development of sustainable agriculture and the transfer of knowledge and experience that EU members have, which are necessary for the modernization of agriculture in Serbia. Both advisory services will assist in the development and implementation of the AGROINFORMATIX application. It was especially emphasized that this meeting and interstate cooperation of counseling services is a special added value of ERASMUS+ projects, as well as that it is the best example of how schools can connect their social partners with social partners of other schools. At the meeting, ideas for new projects of the Agricultural Advisory Services of both countries were opened, because both have leadership that understands the importance and importance of international cooperation, as well as the support of the relevant ministries for the development of modern ideas.

9. All activities were carried out in accordance with the agenda previously agreed between the partners, and at the suggestion of the host school.

10. The hosts of the project meeting organized a visit to the exceptional agricultural holding “Kmetija Karloček”, which is involved in the production of fruit in a modern way, using modern technologies in the improvement and preservation of traditional products made of apples, plums and grapes.

11. The participants of the meeting were accommodated in the “Pri Bjelokrajncu” hotel in Novo Mesto.

12. The common impression of all participants of the project meeting is that the meeting was very successful, that it gave new values and that it fully met expectations, but also that it is necessary to continue at an increased pace in order to fulfill the set goals of the project.
