In the context of implementing the Erasmus+ program, Action KA210 (Cooperation partnerships and small-scale partnerships in the fields of VET and education PLAN CODE: (2023-1-RS01-KA220-VET-154237)) entitled:
“AGROINFORMATIX” in which the Laboratory Center of Serres participates as a corporate school and cooperates with schools from Serbia and Slovenia, during the period 8 May 2024 to 12 May 2024, two teachers of the Laboratory Center of Serres, traveled to Novo Mesto, Slovenia in order to represent the school at its second meeting
program.
The theme of the program concerns the synergy of Informatics and Agriculture with the ultimate goal of developing software that will support farmers and breeders in Greece, Serbia and Slovenia.
So on May 9, 2024, we visited the “GRM” school in Novo Mesto, Slovenia, where we were given a tour of its facilities. This was followed by a working lunch for the representatives of the schools.
On the following day, May 10, 2024, a meeting was held on the premises of the above school, in which school experts from various fields related to the development and support of the software to be developed participated.
The meeting was also attended by Barbara Turk (SLO), Apostolos Klonis, Konstantinos Domouchtsis (GR), Ivan Milos, Snezana Milosavljevic, Vesna Jovic (SRB) and Ana Djordjevic, an expert of the Agricultural Advisory Service of Serbia from Pozarevac, who is a partner in application development and
of project dissemination.
The following were agreed upon during the meetings:
The agricultural school of Pozarevac will create EXCEL tables with data obtained from surveys of farmers as well as from the experience of the school farm in the fields of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine. Slovenia school will create a board in the field of agriculture and plant protection with a deadline of 1 June 2024. Necessary corrections of the working version will be completed by June 15, 2024. Translation from English to native languages will be done by June 20, 2024.
The Agricultural School “Sonja Marinkovic” has until July 1, 2024 to lease the domain and hosting and to share the access parameters with colleagues from the Laboratory Center (E.K Serron) in order to make the necessary settings of the application and WEB page.
The domain lease will be for at least two years. The application will be developed by the Laboratory Center (E.K Serron) and must be ready by the next project meeting (September 2024). The third meeting of the project will be organized by the E.K. Serres, which will then
present the application and conduct a short training session for attendees to use the application.
Finally, during the movement specific tasks were assigned to each of the participants in the program and a specific schedule for the completion of the individual phases was determined
as well as the next meetings of the project until its end.
Until the end of the project, meetings should be on the following terms:
Last meeting of partners 6 : (Serbia): Early July 2025.
This was followed by a working lunch for the representatives of all associated agencies.
On the last day, the international team visited specific business premises and was given a guided tour of the sights of Novo Mesto, Slovenia.
Third meeting of partners (Greece): 23.09.2024 – 26.09.2024
Fourth meeting of partners (Slovenia): 16.12.2024. – 19.12.2024.
Fifth meeting of partners (Greece): Second half of April 2025.
