REPORT  OF  THE FIRST 
PROJECT MEETING 2023-1-RS01-KA220-VET-000154237

The main conclusion of the first project meeting in Požarevac, Serbia was to distribute a questionnaire to the farmers of Serbia and Slovenia about their expectations from the application that we will develop.The main carrier with their knowledge and experience are the schools from Požarevac and Novi Mesto.
After the answers received and based on the experience of our school, we have the following conclusions:
– the application must be bilingual (Serbian and English) and with a font that is easy to read
-it needs to have an easy-to-view menu
-Already existing documents in animal husbandry should be directly included in the application
-in agricultural production, a new document with data for each field should be designed:
*field number
*field size
*field name
*date of sowing
*variety or hybrid name
*sowing density
*dates (plural) of chemical treatment
*for each treatment, the chemical agent and the quarantine period should be entered (while the quarantine lasts, the plot is painted in a different color)
*harvest date
*the amount of product obtained
*quality of the obtained product (hectoliter weight and moisture)
*date of plowing
*date of preparation for sowing
*fertilizer spreading date (plural)
*for each spread of artificial fertilizer, enter the type of fertilizer and the amount (special subcategories in the application)
*scheduling an operation for each field, for example chemical treatment, sowing, etc
*for the needs of orchards and vineyards, add pruning dates
