REPORT  OF  THE SECOND  PROJECT MEETING

In the period May 9-10, the second project meeting was held in Novi Mesto, Slovenia, according to the project, as planned in the project documentation.
The meeting was attended by: Barbara Turk (SLO), Apostolos Klonis, Konstantinos Domouchtsis (GR), Ivan Miloš, Snežana Milosavljević, Vesna Jović (SRB) and Ana Djordjević an expert of the Agricultural Advisory Service of Serbia from Požarevac, which is a partner in developing the application and dissemination of the project.
The meetings are organized in the official premises of the host school in the terms planned by the agenda, which is an integral part of this document.
During the meetings, the following was agreed upon:

  1. The agricultural school from Požarevac will place EXEL tables on the common user space that resulted from surveys of farmers and the experience of the school farm, and from the fields of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine. A school from Slovenia will make a table in the field of agriculture and plant protection. In the working versions, the tables will be exclusively in English.
  2. Colleagues from Slovenia will make one document out of the rejected documents. The deadline is June 1, 2024.
  3. The review of the working version will be done by June 10, 2024.
  4. The necessary corrections of the working version will be completed by June 15, 2024.
  5. Translation from English to native languages to be done by June 20, 2024.
  6. Agricultural school “Sonja Marinković” has until July 1, 2024. to lease the domain and hosting, and to share the access parameters with colleagues from EK Seron so that they can perform the necessary settings of the application and WEB page. The domain lease must be for at least two years.
  7. The application will be developed by EK Seron and must be ready by the next project meeting (September 2024).
  8. The third project meeting will be organized by EK Seron, who will then present the application and conduct a short training session for those present to use the application.
  9. Until the end of the project, the meetings should be in the following terms:

PM 3 (Seron) : 24.-25.09.2024. , traveling days 23.09.and 26.09.2024.
PM 4 (Novo Mesto) : 16.12.2024. – 19.12.2024 .
PM 5 : (Seron) : Second half of April 2025.
PM 6 : (Požarevac) : Beginning of July 2025.
